Process Optimization:Develop and optimize electroplating processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.Conduct experiments and tests to improve current processes and introduce new technologies to enhance plating efficiency and quality.Equipment Maintenance and Operation:Oversee the operation and maintenance of electroplating equipment, ensuring they function optimally and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.Troubleshoot and address any equipment malfunctions or issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.Chemical Handling and Safety:Handle, store, and manage chemicals used in the electroplating process following safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks associated with chemical handling and ensure a safe working environment.Quality Assurance:Monitor and control the quality of plated products through regular testing and analysis, adjusting processes as needed to meet quality standards.Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.Environmental Compliance:Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to electroplating processes, waste disposal, and effluent treatment.Implement strategies to minimize environmental impact through waste reduction, recycling, and the adoption of eco-friendly processes.Process Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of processes, experiments, and equipment maintenance activities.Prepare regular reports detailing process performance, efficiency, and any improvements made, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Training and Team Development:Train and educate team members on electroplating processes, safety procedures, and best practices to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to enhance productivity and expertise.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve production goals and resolve any operational challenges. Knowledge of Chemicals especially on Zinc Electroplating, Maintenance, Automation plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis.Bachelors’ / Masters’ degree in chemical Engineering.
