As a Group Product Manager, you will be defining the vision of the next generation of the experiences we create, create strategies to achieve your vision, support the growth and development of your product managers, communicate and manage with many internal and external stakeholders, drive planning, prioritization and execution and more.
Responsibilities
• Lead product management for the Financial Systems Infrastructure track, which provides secure, compliant and trustworthy infrastructure and data platform capabilities to the other teams in the Financial Systems organization.
• Define the product area vision and strategy based on insights, and champion it across the company;
• Be ultimately responsible for setting up the objectives for the product area, and delivering business outcomes;
• Coach and develop a diverse, inclusive and high-performing team of product managers;
• Be the cross-functional leader, and foster effective collaboration across product teams and other departments.
Qualifications
• A track record of leading a team of product managers (+3 years as a manager), and shipping global, impactful software products;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;
• Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams successfully;
• Experience working with SAP product engineering teams;
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions;
• Experience with AWS or other virtualisation solutions;
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies;
• Experience working in or with security and compliance teams is a plus;
