What your new challenge will look like
As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for exciting tasks focused on marketing communication (digital), social media, event marketing and content development. This role will work closely with all business lines in China and the international marketing team.
▪ Execute the marketing strategy for China, to support the business goals and market expansion
▪ Graphic design and short video production
▪ Creation and preparation of all marketing materials, includes presentations, advertising content etc.
▪ Work with cross-functional stakeholders and global team on adaption and execution of internal and external communications
▪ Support with various marketing activities internally and externally
▪ Digital marketing communication management, esp. official WeChat platform, website etc. as well as online promotional activities
and seminars to enhance external customer engagement and brand awareness
▪ Coordinate with online platforms to execute marketing programs to drive traffic and conversion

Why you belong at 4flow
▪ Bachelor's or master's degree
▪ 1-3 years of professional experience in the commercial field or relevant internships or working student activities, preferably in the field of marketing/communication/agency/B2B
▪ Professional in handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
▪ Good at short video producing and graphic design (PS/AI) will be a plus
▪ Very good feeling for writing texts
▪ Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
