We are looking for a “Senior Software Engineer – Backend (.Net)”. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Responsibilities:
• Create efficient and logical solution designs for clients.
• Design and code superior technical solutions
• Manage and mentor junior resources.
• Easily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate and enforce coding standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients
• Understand the benefits of the various design methodologies and object-oriented environments.
• Proactively seek opportunities to serve in leadership roles.
• Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.
• Manage the process of innovative change.
• Conduct effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.

• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Do Code Reviews.

Requirement:
• 4+ years of professional software development on .NET Platform.
• excellent knowledge of .NET ecosystem, advanced knowledge of ASP.NET
• Strong debugging skills.
• Good knowledge of software architecture design.
• Web Services, REST
• Azure Services
• MS SQL server / MongoDB / Cosmos DB
• Unit Testing & CI/CD
• Design patterns
• Experience with GIT
• Good communication skills
• Experience in estimating project and feature.
• Experience in working with international clients.
• Being confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations.
