Main responsibilities

Deliver the most profitable and competitive group of Filtration products and related support to ensure profitable growth of the Filtration Business Line.
Ensures product and technology leadership by continuous improvement, productization & new developments and long-term development through innovation leadership. Sets and oversees the “Technical & Commercial selling frame” and product strategies of the Filtration Products for the Market Areas by aligning and engaging with all functions and stakeholders. Provide high-level Filtration Product Support for Market Areas & Plant Solutions in challenging applications & complex process demands. Provide detailed product training and product sales materials.

Responsibilities:
Ensures product and technology leadership (Tier 1) for own product both short (continuous improvement & new developments) and long term (innovation). Creates product roadmaps, proposes and implements the PG portfolio strategy and R&D development plans in alignment with the Business Line strategy. Continuously reviews product to drive customer value up and cost down, develops sourcing, price and cost models accordingly, and appropriately positions product (incl. pricing) in the market. Creates, maintains and delivers product training, presentations, technical papers and content for marketing and product positioning. Provides technical product competence for complex troubleshooting cases and support to sales and delivery functions. Sets and oversees the “technical selling frame” of the product. Implements best practices in Design to Cost, Product Sourcing, Design to Service (for optimized lifecycle value, TCO), Product Marketing and technology and competitor follow-up. Contributes to the organization’s success by aligning and engaging with other functions and stakeholders.

Increase Market Share of Product Order Intake & Sales of Product General Margin & Product (Sales) Margin Number of CPI, NPI implemented Strategic Sourcing Savings for Product

Essential
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in mechanical design or related. Strategic Independently thinking Strong driving for results and decision making Influencing power and leading change Solid Experience in Product Management of lifecycle Design to Service field Work Globally and Locally as a Team Good at English in both oral and written. Open & Transparent in communication always Flexible to travel domestic & overseas according to the company practice and business needs Independently manages own working hours and priorities work focus. Fully conversant in Microsoft 365 Tools and quick learner of other IT tools. High Time Management Skills.

Desirable
Master’s Degree is a plus Experience in mineral filtration product management is a plus. Preferred to be located in Suzhou & Shanghai. Open to other cities in China. Travel Frequency once a quarter at least. The candidate must be a strong person and knows how to say “No” in the right way.
