Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
• With the reference to GE HealthCare EHS Framework and local/international regulation requirement, develop and drive strong EHS management programs in site to prevent EHS related non-compliances and maintain a safe, healthy, and green workplace during site operation activities.
• Establish and promote site sustainability system and routine management.
• Lead to achieve site ISO and Green Factory Certifications.
• Provide technical supports on GHG reduction projects and other sustainability projects.
• Collect and report monthly GHG data for business priorities.
• Follow site Management of Change process to timely identify and evaluate potential sustainability impact.
• Conduct routine environmental monitoring and take pollution preventions actions.
• Lead on site regular compliance self-assessment, identify, investigate and provide practical solutions to the causes of non-compliances, drive the findings to full closure if they occur.
• Perform inspections and audits of working areas, equipment and processes, follow up all identified findings to full closure.
• Work with site Lead team to drive 5S events implementation and drive 5S cultures to reduce the risks.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Environment or Safety Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant engineering discipline.
• 35 years relevant practical experience in manufacturing site.
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, working safety, LOTO, contractor management.
• Strong team player with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-initiative and positive attitude while dealing with challenges.
• Strong willingness/ability to learn new things for professional development.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong computer skills in MS office software.
• ISO 14001, ISO 50001 internal auditor certification is preferred.
