Play a key role in the onboarding to and administration of a new HR system within a growing global organisation.
IVC Evidensia continues to grow and develop its systems as the business undergoes an exciting period of transformation. The HR Database Administrator will play a key role in maintaining Dayforce within Germany and the larger European region, following recent roll out in 2023.

Day to day, the HR Database Administrator will be responsible for:
• Administering and maintaining HR and Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Supporting end users to use the system correctly
• Working closely with HR or Payroll staff to understand their requirements and provide solutions to support their processes
• Identifying common issues and contribute to solution proposals
• Liaise with the Dayforce support team to highlight issues and ensure consistent support approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and process improvements
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and system documentation
• Support impact analysis of new releases of the software
The HR Database Administrator will need:
• Experience of HR and/or payroll systems and HR data analysis
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
