Qualifications
• Knowledge in technical support, database system, network environment and configuration.
• Knowledge in the installation and repair of computer hardware and peripherals
• Knowledge of ERP system
• Provide daily technical support in the maintenance of the server, workstations, network devices, IT peripherals and other communications equipment of the company through installation, troubleshooting, corrective/preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
