Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
• Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Onboarding of new employees with induction and company orientation
• Developing a good rapport with staff and adapting to Employee relations.
• Monthly report on progress of employees discussing recommendations to management.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Following up on leave requests from ESS and registering for payroll
• Following up in employee documents for renewals and update on ERP system.
• Proper personnel filing of all documents and contracts.
• Producing yearly Settlements for employees.
• Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Handling all HR practices from onboarding to termination of employees.

REQUIREMENTS:
• HR or related Degree
• 4 years of Experience in HR
• Recruitment Experience
• ERP or SAP Software Experience
• Labor Law
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to stick to time constraints.

Salary:
QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
• Recruitment: 1 year (required)
Human Resources: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:
• NOC/QID (required)
