Cognex is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage all Asia countries email marketing campaigns, from creating the content to setting up the campaigns. In this role, we expect you to build targeted email campaigns and create compelling contents that will ensure high open and click-through rates and reliably generate sales.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with global content team as well as regional marcom team and assist Digital Marketing Manager with creating effective email marketing strategies. Other responsibilities include email planning, monitoring campaign KPIs, optimizing ongoing campaigns, running A/B tests, developing nurturing campaigns and delivering reports.

We prefer candidates with excellent writing and proofreading skills in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and has passion for digital marketing. Email marketing background is preferred, esp. familiar with Eloqua/Pardot.

Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns that target audience in whole Asia, including G.C, Japan, Korea.
• Draft email copy and ensure our promotional emails effectively communicate our brand’s message and reliably convert email subscribers into paid customers.
• Monitor the performance of ongoing email marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement and draw conclusions that help optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional marketing team to ensure the wording, the design and the layout of our promotional emails fit the local customers preference.
• Responsible for Email KPI, monitor, track, and report in a regular basis, and take actions to make improvement.
• Create nurturing/welcome campaigns to improve customer experiences and optimize results.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Chinese, Japanese, Korean.
• English communication skill is preferred.
• Working experience in an email marketing-related position or digital marketing is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of email marketing practices and analytics
• Sense of marketing automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Eloqua/Pardot or other email platforms is a plus.
