Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has experience in methodologies and procedures for technical approvals and designs for mechanical engineering in construction projects, including works of refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, water, sewage and fire as well as practical experience in these areas.• (10) years of experience in civil construction projects and supervising projects in addition to work experience in the technical and design department, and (5) years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.• University Degree required (approved from SEC).• Working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required. Experience includes preparation of Design Documents / Drawings & Bid preparation• Able to write Scope of work.• Establish Design Criteria & Evaluating existing facilities.• Able to prepare BOQ & Cost Estimation.• Working experience in ancient mud (clay) and stone building projects• Preference will be given to bi-lingual candidates.• Must have Transferable Iqama.
