About this opportunity
We are looking for a Lead UX designer to join our Designer, where we are working to accelerate Ericsson's business transformation. This is a highly visible role, involved in writing the next chapter of simplification and improving the user experience for Ericsson’s customers and employees.
Purpose:
UX designers turn applications into something that people like and want to use.

UX (user experience) designers measure and optimize applications to improve ease of use (usability) and build the best user experience by exploring various approaches to tackle end-users problems.
What you will do
A day in the life of a UX/UI designer:
• Play a critical and high-profile role in driving operational transformation across Ericsson, delivering an outstanding experience to our end users and customers.
• Work on leading innovative transformation projects: You'll be supporting the team to build new products and solutions that strive to transform how Ericsson operates as a company.
• Define or Visualize User journeys or customer flow, interaction models and UI (user interface) specifications
• Analyze product requirements, customer feedback, site metrics and usability study findings to build customer-focused designs.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications
• Create style guides, visual design patterns and supporting graphics for new and existing products
• Showcase design solutions to the stakeholders through mock-ups and interactive prototypes
• Coordinate with the development team for the implementation of the final design
• Ability to own the overall UX design strategy, being able to develop the UX-related assets for critical projects, as well as assisting product owner(s) to set the vision
You will bring
• Relevant 8-10 years of proven experience (UX/UI) in IT /Product Development or Digital Transformation
• Prior experience of leading people /team members
• Bachelor's degree in Design (B Des) or master’s degree in design (MDes) or B Arch or equivalent UX/UI educational background
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience crafting great user-centred design solutions is a requirement for application (must)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity to work with Agile methodology and practices.
• Broad understanding of service design.
