Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our dynamic team at NJV Higher Secondary School, Karachi. The Network Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining, securing, and optimizing our school's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable communication across various departments.

Responsibilities:
• Network Infrastructure Management:

Design, implement, and manage the school's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Security

Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the school's network against cyber threats.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• User Support

Provide technical support to school staff and faculty for network-related issues.

Conduct training sessions to enhance the IT literacy of end-users.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software components.

Collaborate with vendors for procurement of network equipment and services.
• Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and IT policies.

Keep abreast of technological advancements and recommend upgrades to enhance the school's network infrastructure.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills:
• Cisco or other relevant certifications would be a plus.
• Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
