You are responsible for
• 协助区总负责重庆市场全域渠道业务发展,涉及百货渠道,电器渠道,超市渠道,京东渠道,包括重庆二三级市场分销渠道管理
• 针对各渠道特性发展业务,提升渠道产能,对于零售渠道具备一定把控能力,推动经销商实现品牌本地市场影响力最大化
• 负责管理本地经销商日常业务完成进货&零售目标,包括且不限于月度进货,零售目标达成,带领团队制定&执行促销活动,费用核销等,推动经销商业务发展与飞利浦业务发展目标一致
• 每月进货目标达成:与经销商沟通,跟进执行每月进货计划,涉及每月预估,F2P要货计划,PSI 库存结构
• 结合本地市场渠道特色,制定促销活动&落地执行,及时反馈活动执行评估
• 市场份额提升,确保本地市场份额稳步提高
• 新渠道发展和维护,特别是O2O业务在重庆本地市场的拓展
• 严格控制费用和资源,确保根据公司财务的流程运行和操作
• 经销商预算费用使用进度,核销到账进度和跟进,推进A&P/Margin 费用及时核销
• 检查审核系统提交费用核销资料(促销协议、销售数据、活动结果等)
• 培训并指导零售督导及促销员队伍,建立高效运作团队

• 本科学历+
• 5年以上零售渠道管理&经销商管理经验
• 具备消费品行业O2O销售经验,较为熟悉消费品行业电商平台
• 优秀的沟通能力,责任心强,具备较强抗压能力
• 具备团队管理经验
• 英文读写能力
• 具备较强数据分析能力,优秀逻辑思维能力
• 熟悉办公软件
