Your Responsibilities:

As the head of UX strategy, the range of responsibilities are as below to ensure the achievements of the overall objectives.
• Business responsibility: Ensure the UX strategy team budget and funding application, managing the resources and deliveries; Support UXUI head to manage the overall business funding and budget for UXUI team from the strategy and high level org scope.
• Solution responsibility: Manage the approach and work products for UX strategy function, including UX roadmap, holistic UX framework, cooperation model with brand and JV, UX statistics etc.
• Team and culture responsibility: Ramp up UX strategy team expertise and enable the personnel development; set up competency framework for the UX strategy function and develop the people; share the experience and know-how with related product and technical domains, to promote design culture within Cariad China.

Our Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in design related major and above;
• Substantiated experience in initializing and developing board-level product and user experiences strategies;
• 8+ year experience in UX/UI strategy, design, art direction and design leadership for business transformation and innovations;
• OEM industry as well as cross-industry background will be a plus;
• Leading experiences as a people manager to manage a team size of 5+ team members;
• Leading role of big enterprise UX driven business or organization transformations;
• UX driven project/product management and product user experience ownership;
• Reliable expertise and in-depth knowledge of UX-/UI development and innovations on Chinese and international markets. Deep understanding of Chinese and western cultures and cosmopolitan mindset.
