Purpose of job:

To oversee all aspects of the infrastructure products/services line, manage the relationship with partners, work closely with the sales organization to promote the products and to create and deliver superior customer satisfaction while simultaneously providing long-term value for the company.

Key Work:
• To prepare the monthly / annual marketing-plan for the particular products / services line and the sales forecast and to control the agreed budget.
• To work closely with the sales force to promote the products and to achieve the revenue target of the product line.
• To assist / develop plans for products by directing staff (SME & ME) to collect marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities, and customer expectations with respect to the products.
• To participate in presales activates and opportunities qualification, to assist in explaining and demonstrating the benefits of products in trade shows.
• To recommend enhancements or changes to the existing products to satisfy customer needs, based on industry trends and market feedback and to participate in new product development teams.
• To maintain coherence among product groups and coordinate all aspects of the business relating to the product line by acting as a liaison with all relevant business units.
• To maintain a product fact book to enable source the history for the product.
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Act as a liaison between sales, and the supplier under the guidelines set by Marketing Manager.
• Collect competitors' information and actions, collect marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities, and customer expectations.

Salary:
BD1.000 - BD2.000 per month
