Role Overview

Ensuring a pleasant, comfortable & ever-improving user experience with our products is a crucial aspect of our mission of making healthy easy.

You'll work on making the lives of our users better by improving their user experience, working alongside our awesome Product team.

Role Responsibilities
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans.
• Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to showcase designs and concepts to stakeholders and internal team, and to communicate ideas to developers.
• Problemsolving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges.
• Implement UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Work towards achieving the objectives and key results of the product team.
• Build and maintain a design system for products.
• Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe XD, Miro and Figma.
• 12 years experience as a UX Designer
• Critical thinking, problem solving approach in UX with empathy
• Communicates designs and experiences clearly and creatively
