Description

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common supply chain issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities
• Partner closely with Supply chain function core team to understand their business problem and opportunities and translate into analytical solutions.
• Develop and document clear plans to bring analytical solutions from concept to reality.
• Well experience in working on Procurement and planning analytics and work with functional team members to reduce the process gaps and improve efficiency.
• Experience on Procurement analytics using Power BI and creating dashboards and reports is must required skill.
• Experience in SAP and Oracle integration for reporting and analytics is an added advantage.
• Having exposure in enabling cloud integrations and deployment with the COE is recommended.
• Develop data infrastructure to enable timely business performance insights.
• Translate data into actionable insights to help supply chain leaders to make strategic decisions that improve efficiency and/or the customer experience.
• Support overall COE enhancement and production support strategies with key business functions.
• Should prosses experience in using data warehouses for reporting and analytics. Knowledge & Skills
• Strong communication skills across all levels of organization.
• Ability to drive a cross-functional internal team through the change management process.Scope & Impact
• Collaborates with peers, junior data scientists and engineers, SMEs and external and internal research and product development partners.
• Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers and Program Core Teams.
• Supports projects requiring data science engineering.Education & Experience
• Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or equivalent with supply chain certification is preferred. Recommended to have statistical analytics knowledge.
• Minimum 3-5 years? experience in inventory management and providing analytical reporting and business insight
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and MIS reporting to management.
