JOB TITLE: PMO Asia / Project Manager

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

The role of PMO Asia/ Project Manager will be part of the GLOBAL CCO organization, reporting directly to the CCO VP Market Portfolio and Business Growth Asia. The job holder will cover the key projects/topics for all Asian markets including China, APAC and Travel Retail APAC for all categories including Skincare, Fragrance and Make-up. The role will be based in Shanghai, China.

THE ROLE
• As the PMO Asia, the job holder will be responsible to provide oversight across relevant commercial projects in Asia.
• In addition, the job holder will act as project manager to lead critical projects:
• with the aim to develop and implement global Skincare initiatives in key Asian markets, including but not limited to China.
• with the aim to develop and implement Fragrance and Make-up initiatives for key brands in Asia, including but not limited to China.
• Key tasks are:
• Provide oversight for all commercial projects in Asia.
• Regularly report on progress and highlight issues.
• Stakeholder communication
• Project feasibility assessment
• Project planning and mobilization of cross-functional teams.
• Prepare budget estimation and investment plan based according to fact- based ROI calculation.
• Review and optimize Brand strategy, Social & IM strategy, B&M strategy, E-Com Strategy, Pricing strategy etc. with local cross functional teams to ensure compatibility and adaptation.
• Project P&L by phase validated through local alignment.
• Align supply and demand based on a dynamic forecasting situation.
• Deliver fully implemented projects with an eye for critical details.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant areas.
• 8+ years of working experience in a commercial environment. Proven track record managing projects is required, while innovation project experience is a plus.
• Accreditation as a professional project manager is strongly preferred.
• Strong at internal communication, implementation, and operational excellence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to translate strategic thinking into hands on implementation with focus on delivering results.
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects in parallel.
• Luxury Skincare and/or Fragrance experience is highly appreciated.
• Strong influencing skills
• High ethical standards
