Tomanage agreements& Contracts ensure Compliance and provide legal Criticalinsights to support the unit decision makingprocess.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional legal adviceclarifications and legal opinion to the organization under thedirection of the Chief Legal Counsel.

Reviewingand advising on contracts agreement and legaldocuments

Providingguidance on regulatory compliance and legalrequirements.

Representingthe unit in legal matters andnegotiations.

Assistingwith legal research analysis as needed..Draftstandard legal agreements and contracts relating to variousbusinessaspects.

Activelyparticipate with external legal firms in the provision of legalsupport to the organization and itsprojects.

Providewellresearched expert advice to Divisions and subsidiaries on legalmatters connected with the organization'sbusiness.

Contributeto the development of standard legal documents and templates tofacilitate speed and efficiency in the Department'sservices

Remainabreast of developments in relevant aspects of law and be familiarwith the government and federal rules andorganizations.

Developown skills in order to enhance the quality of contribution. Assistthe seniors in creating awareness amongst the Legal team regardingposition on legalissues

Maintainlegal database of all original documents and templates.

Performany other relevant tasks as directed byDGP

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree inLawProfessionalqualification in the UAE in addition to a recognizedjurisdiction

Admittedto practice law in a recognizedjurisdiction

Experience:

6 – 8 Years ofrelevant experience in international law firms or in a corporatelegal department of a professionalorganization
