Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing processes and systems for the production of various chemicals. The Chemical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will also play a key role in troubleshooting and improving existing processes to enhance overall operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Process Design and Development:Develop and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new processes.

Equipment and Facility Management:Design, install, and maintain equipment used in chemical processes.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.

Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality chemicals.
Develop and implement testing protocols to monitor and evaluate process performance.

Safety and Environmental Compliance:Work closely with safety and environmental teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for chemical manufacturing processes.

Research and Development:Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in chemical engineering.
Lead or contribute to research and development projects aimed at improving existing processes or developing new products.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and quality assurance.
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in chemical process design, development, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality standards in chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process simulation and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Experience with process automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs200,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
