Technical Project Manager - Dengue Drug Product Capacity Expansion
Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager for the revitalisation and expansion of our industrial site in Singen, Germany. The successful candidate will lead the refurbishment of an existing facility for Fill Finish drug manufacturing, construction of a new dressing and preparation facility, and the procurement, setup, and validation of essential equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the redevelopment of the industrial site and renovation of existing buildings.
• Lead the construction of a new changing and processing facility.
• Procure, install, and validate new equipment, including a third lyophilization unit and automated visual inspection system.
• Upgrade existing process machinery, ensuring compliance with Annex 1 and controls, and facility and utility enhancements.
• Ensure project success in technical functionalities, adhering to URS, GMP safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage external engineering and planning firms, providing oversight for R&D, process, and conceptual planning.
Profile of Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in Vaccines Fill Finish practices, including Aseptic Filling and visual inspection.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
• Proven experience in global investment projects.
• Leadership proficiency in managing internal and external resources across borders.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and approval processes.
• Full-time presence required at the Singen, Germany site.
• Strong command of project management, particularly in successful contract execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at presentations for construction management.
• Extensive technical expertise within GxP-regulated environments, specifically in pharmaceutical technical processes.
• Results-driven, dedicated, and committed to delivering excellence.
• Ability to foster relationships and drive collaborative teamwork.
• Leadership capabilities across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Minimum of 8 year's experience leading medium to large-scale investment projects.
Contract Duration: January 12, 2023, to June 30, 2025
