Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Kuwait City. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR programs and initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Ability to create and implement HR policies and programs
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Ability to manage day-to-day HR operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR is a plus
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Ability to speak Arabic and English
