Description

**The role**

You will report to our Head of Sales in this critical role providing organisational, administrative and reporting support to our National Sales Team. You will develop, collate, analyse and prepare sales data which will give our sales team the great insights they need to thrive.

You will manage the relationship with our various external partners including data, CRM and digital providers and own our digital library and SharePoint content.

You will assist with the content preparation for sales presentations and meetings, create deal sheets and sales team training materials, plan and coordinate customer/trade events and manage the merchandise inventory.

• *You will be/have**
- High proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Experience with running a CRM system, data warehouse and reporting tool
- The ability to analyse data and to make recommendations based on that analysis
- Administration and/or customer service experience
- Positive and pro-active attitude
- High ownership with the drive to get things done.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication

This role has a lot of balls in the air so your organisation skills will be expert level, you will love data and the story it tells and be keen to put your creative flair into planning our sales events and conferences.
