About The Role
• You will work in different clinical areas on a rotational basis, including the wards, sub-acute care and cancer services and you will provide a high level of clinical pharmacy services as an active member of the multidisciplinary team
• As a grade 2 pharmacist you will have an additional responsibility on top of direct patient load. This responsibility will be tailored to your skills.
• You will actively participate in education and mentoring of junior pharmacists, intern pharmacists and pharmacy students.

Classifications for this position will range from SX2 - SX5 ($90,812 - $102,757 per annum).

Your Contribution
• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
• At least three years of experience in different areas of hospital pharmacy post registration
• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About Pharmacy

The pharmacy department at St Vincent’s hospital is decentralised. We provide pharmacy service from satellite pharmacies located in the ward and patient care areas. Pharmacy service is provided to diverse areas across the hospital including inpatients, outpatients, oncology day patients, hospital in the home and our affiliated correctional facilities.
