• *The role**:

- Reporting to the General Manager, the National Supply Chain Manager is a true end to end leadership position, responsible for leading a large supply chain team, covering the full supply chain spectrum, up to and including the delivery of finished products to the customers.

The role is required to develop and implement strategic operational plans to ensure continuity of supply to the market, while leading and providing overall governance to our supply chain operations across the country.

You will champion a culture of safety performance and zero harm, and you will lead teams to establish a culture within the business that delivers the capabilities and attitudes the business needs, and offers career development to those individuals who require such opportunity.
• *About you**:

- You will be a proven and inspirational leader with extensive supply chain experience within time sensitive service industries, where a high level of customer reliance, is on timely supply. With over 10 years’ experience in senior supply chain roles, ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or related fields. Your background will include leading S&OP, and you will have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems.

Naturally a team player, your collaborative approach will allow you to quickly gain the confidence of your team, and you will not be afraid to be hands on. You will have high level of commercial nous, but a pragmatic approach and an ability to drive value add change initiatives to create an operational excellence landscape as the foundation for growth.

Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, with superior influencing and relationship development skills and the ability to bring strong EQ and adapt your style to variable audiences.
