Summary

About the Position: Serves as a military personnel specialist for the command. The incumbent is the principal specialist on military personnel management and administrative matters throughout the command and is responsible for providing guidance and assistance on these matters to geographically dispersed subordinate units located both CONUS and OCONUS.

Duties
• Manage command personnel activities performed by assigned military personnel.
• Find and implements solutions to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to production, to promote team building, and to improve business practices.
• Coordinate and monitors family readiness and morale, health, and welfare functions of the command.
• Coordinate military personnel and pay matters within the command and its geographically dispersed subordinate units.
• Serve as a primary advisor to the Commander and staff on military personnel management and administration matters within the command.
• Ensures the maintenance of internal accounting records.
• Maintains contact and makes periodic and special staff visits, as appropriate, to provide assistance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
