Our esteemed client is currently seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to take charge of creating the vision, strategy, and development for one of their core businesses. As the Staff Product Manager, the successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), presenting a remarkable opportunity to have a significant impact not only on the company itself but also on the entire pet industry.

As the Staff Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Creating the vision, strategy, and development for the Kinship content stack.
• Enabling editorial capabilities across all of our brands.
• Expanding product to the UK, following its tremendous success in the US.
• Leveraging content to help guide prospective adopters through the process.
• Contributing to continual improvement of our product development culture and process.
• Mentoring earlier career Product Managers.

Staff Product Manager who possesses the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in traditional product management roles.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience leading several large-scale product development projects and initiatives from the ground-up leading to successful results.
• A self-motivated and accountable product leader with a strong ability to estimate feature scope against milestones and resources.
• A dedicated team-player who builds great relationships and is the first person to volunteer when partner marketing needs help promoting your product.
• An "Yes, if" mentality; poise, adaptability and flexibility describe how you handle pressure and market change.
• Excellent presentation skills including an eye for easy-to-follow presentations and regular experience with C-suite Q&A.
• Impeccable product management fundamentals — from mastery of productive agile processes to your own product framework, you know the tools and the structures that get things done efficiently.
• Pet Care industry experience is a strong plus.
