ClearFeed is a Slack application that tracks every request on Slack, escalates unattended ones, and bridges the boundaries between Slack and systems like Jira, JSM, Zendesk, SalesForce, FreshDesk, HelpJuice with powerful bi-directional integrations. It uses AI to identify important requests, categorise and tag them and helps managers understand overall load, service metrics, and plan capacity. We are founded by a team of second-time entrepreneurs who previously worked at companies like Facebook, Amazon and Qubole. About the role

As a "Zero to One" Product Manager, you will be the end to end owner of defining and shipping product features that solve customer problems. This will include customer development, requirement definition, prioritization, sprint planning and customer communication.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders in the zero to one journey of the product
• Own roadmap, and adoption metrics for ClearFeed’s product
• Own product documentation, on-boarding and success for first 20-30 customers and bake the learning into a playbook
• Be extremely customer centric. Understand customer needs, then define and ship zero-to-one features and enhance and scale one-to-n features
• Partner with engineering and product design leads to iteratively ship features using agile processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive the introduction and adoption of product features
• Lead by context by sharing customer feedback from calls to engineering and design teams
• Contribute to ClearFeed’s product culture, assisting with hiring and team development
• Bring first principles thinking and a focus on continuous improvement to all aspects of your work

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of overall product management experience, much of that focused on B2B SaaS products
• Experience in a hands-on product role as an Individual contributor that involved a mix of strategy, roadmapping, feature definition, and driving key metrics
• Experience with customer research, aggregating data, synthesising feedback, and communicating product insights and strategy to a variety of stakeholders including executives, go-to-market teams, and engineers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Experience contributing to the culture and processes of a young product organisation.
