Overview/概述

Assist with network and systems design, implementation, and support of our global technology infrastructure. Responsible for successful project deployments, exceeding customer expectations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance, with a focus on reliability and security of BISSELL infrastructure.

Responsibilities/职责
• Monitor adherence to security patch management. Address lapses and work with other members of the information technology teams to identify risk.
• Maintain and upgrade as needed any end point security products. Maintain end point software security policies.
• Monitor for security incidents. Execute the Incident Response process for related items
• Maintain network VPN access, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Monitor Firewall logs for violations and breaches. Execute the Incident Response process for related items.
• Assist in creation and maintenance proper ITS security policies.
• Create and maintain proper network and server documentation.
• Assist in design, install, monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Server technology
• Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities on servers and network devices.
• Analyze and resolve infrastructure performance issues.

Required Experience / Education:
• Degree minimum: Bachelor degree in computer science with security focus or related field
• Specific concentration: Enterprise computing environment using Microsoft Windows server technology and Cisco technology
• Experience level: 5 - 8 years related work experience in Information Systems

Preferred Experience / Education:
• Cisco Network administration.
• Windows Server administration.

Specialized Training or Skills Required:

This position requires the ability to manage the flow of data, perform analysis, generate summary reports and communicate by voice or data while being connected in the office, at home or while travelling by laptop or mobile device regularly without regard to time zone or day of the week.

The candidate will need to support the IT systems during off-hours and within our maintenance window.
