Job Title: Project Manager/Contracts Manager - commercial/industrial projects

Location: Slough

Salary: £70K to £75K

Start: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Leo Xander is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager/Contracts Manager to join an award-winning, family-run construction business on a permanent basis, initially working on commercial projects in the Berkshire region. As a Project Manager, you will be resposible for the overall management and successful execution of the projects based from the central office with regular site visits. Drawing upon your extensive experience in construction, you will lead project teams, manage resources and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Duties to include, but are not limited to;
• Managing site teams
• Management of subcontractors/trades
• Delivering works, ensuring the highest level of safety at all times
• Project management, including budget management
• Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
• Progress reporting

Qualifications/experience:

SMSTS

CSCS black card preferred

Minimum Of 10 Years Experience

Commercial experience

A strong background in construction management

Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
