The Product and Network team are operationally responsible for Communications Hubs, which facilitate secure connectivity between Gas and Electricity Smart meters, the Wide Area Network (WAN), the Home Area Network (HAN) in customer homes and the DCC network.

Together they are responsible for the E2E supply chain, assuring the firmware, the security credentials on the Communications Hub in life working with manufacturers, logistics partners and other key suppliers to ensure our customers (Energy Suppliers) are able to meet their Smart Meter rollout targets.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join this established team with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience whilst utilising demand & supply planning techniques to drive efficiencies through the Supply Chain, ensuring that Customer and DCC strategies for deployment align to support the national Smart Meter Rollout.

As Our Supply Chain Analyst, You Will
• Support customer Ordering, Forecasting and Return of communication hubs and onboarding new customers to the Smart programme.
• Ensuring customer deliveries are completed On Time, In Full (OTIF), meeting business KPIs.
• Identify and recommend new ways to improve the Supply Chain and the experience we provide our customers.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are interpreted and followed accordingly.
• Monitoring customer and supplier performance against Regulatory and Contractual SLAs.
• Create detailed models using statistical tools that can provide insight via reusable/automated templates to identify, analyse and interpret complex data sets that will shape Supply Chain strategy and demand.
• Enhance reporting processes, crafting compelling visual data narratives that resonate and inform.
• Collaborate and develop strong personal relationships with key contacts at all management levels.
• Challenge the way we do things, embrace and inspire change for the future Supply Chain.

We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a similar role with attention to detail ensuring data integrity and precision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective stakeholder management with excellent relationship, influencing and negotiating skills.
• High level of proficiency in data analysis and data visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Self-sufficient and comfortable prioritising, ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and serialised asset inventory management and reporting.
• Ability to problem solve and analyse data in support of delivering supply chain.
• Assessing risk and making risk-based recommendations and decisions.
• Ability to be flexible and work under pressure.
