Description
This role requires project or program management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization skills, well-coordinated project execution, strong collaboration and partnership skills to influence change and achieve results, and the ability to manage complex logistics. This is a full-time remote contract position for a 12-month assignment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate company-wide, team specific and org-level processes for tech procurement through conversations and in-depth review of documented steps
• Understand inventory planning, constraints and logistics processes
• Review and optimize end-to-end device procurement (ordering, shipping, set up, support)
• Explore asset management transfer from manager to worker
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the current state vs. the ideal state of procurement
• Create or adapt existing solutions to achieve objectives
• Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the wider enterprise organization
• Act as first point of contact for new hires and their managers, to troubleshoot and solve individual issues
• Guide team members on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
• Evaluate and monitor procurement/deployment performance to create baselines and benchmarks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Expert ability to analyze processes, org charts, procurement logistics, and other technical data.
• Expert ability to accurately document and record information collected from conversations and internal wikis and working groups
• Expert knowledge of supply chain management and related laws and regulations tied to purchasing
• Previous experience with data mining, data analysis and report writing
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field preferred
• Experience with project/program management preferred
