I’m currently recruiting for a facilities management business based in Hampshire that are going through a period of unprecedented growth. They work on some huge contracts, and in order to continue to provide the stellar services they pride themselves on to their clients, they need to add skilled people into their team.

Your new role

The client are looking for a User Experience / User Interface Designer who will join the Data Analytics Team and create user-centric interface designs for azure software applications, primarily Power Bi, Power Apps and SharePoint. You will also design and manage the Power Bi graphical interfaces and deliver engaging and consistent content for website and social media. You will work closely with the Communications department and the Digital Solutions Team to provide a cohesive user and data analytics experience. You will also conduct user research, usability testing, and contribute to design systems and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a proven track record of delivered UX design work and developing low-code / no-code interfaces for Power Bi / Teams and SharePoint environments. Also, you’ll need first-hand experience of agile methodologies and practice and owning the full UX process. A strong portfolio demonstrating your visual design skills and fundamentals and your proficiency in HTML & CSS is required, and you’ll need proven experience in software UI design roles and expert understanding of user interface design best practice. The ability to understand and manage complex stakeholder relationships and to influence senior customers and partners is crucial as is the ability to forge good relationships and engage, negotiate and collaborate at all levels internally and externally.
