Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team and drive innovative solutions to complex problems. You will play a key role in decision-making processes, leveraging data to inform business strategies and improve our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Oversee the development and deployment of predictive models and analytics tools.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in all analytics activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and introduce new technologies and methodologies.
• Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop ML/DL models on Sagemaker
• Ability to deploy the model into production environments.
• Coordinate closely with Data engineers and other stakeholders to effectively resolve any issues in production environments.

Required Qualifications:
• Master's or Bachelors in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading successful project including deployments on AWS.
• Expertise in a programming language (e.g., R, Python).
• Strong experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks
• Proficiency in data management and visualization tools is a plut (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Computer Vision and LLM will be advantageous.
• Ability to understand client requirements and work on projects independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
