You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HR DEVELOPMENT) in the TOTAL FORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Performing as a Civilian Training Advocate for a Large organization; 2) Reviewing and ensuring proper administration of SF-182s; 3) Advising employees/leadership on the various workforce development programs such as Mandatory Training, Leadership Development Programs and DAWIA; 4) Determining immediate and long-range training needs for large complex organization; AND 5) Identifying and compiling metrics and data from different HR data sources regarding workforce development programs such as mandatory training, mentoring, individual development plans, etc.
