What You'll Do
• Put our partners' needs first as you develop digital marketing campaigns, automations, and reports
• Do good work with good people on a five-person team located across the country
• Set clear expectations and meet them using data to continually improve our results for our partners
• See challenges from multiple perspectives in an space where your voice will be heard and valued
• Tell the truth

The Fine Print
• Experience developing awareness, traffic, lead gen, and retargeting campaigns across digital media platforms, including on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google
• Experience with or a willingness to learn various CRM, form builders, and email campaign tools
• Experience presenting data and recommendations for improving results in ways that make it easy for others to understand
• Experience with or willingness to learn basic WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Excellent written and oral communications skills as well attention to detail
• Fluency in Mexican Spanish is a BIG plus
