What We Need:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings Team in Muscatine, IA!

What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with a team of supply chain and production professionals to achieve operational excellence
• Utilize various sources of data to analyze and make decision relevant to scheduling, prioritizing loads, and work flow.
• Identify gaps in processes and execute improvement initiatives
• Exercise sense of urgency and independent judgement to analyze situations and create recommendations for solutions.
• Participate in conference calls with dealers and installers to resolve installation and product questions.
• Escalate and monitor product inquires to external department support as appropriate.

What You Have:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, inventory or materials-focused capacity
• Knowledge of Supply Chain systems and understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You're Good At:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Time management and multi-tasking skills required
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach members is required
• Success in taking ownership of problems and finding solutions required
• Ability to read prints, 2D and 3D design drawings preferred
• Strong level of competence in products preferred
• Established HNI network preferred
