Job Description: -

· Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems

· Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware

· Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees

· Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts

· Performing regular security tests and security monitoring

· Maintaining networks and network file systems

· Monitoring and performance analysis of IT systems and data and/or voice networks

· Routine maintenance of systems (updates, installing backup systems)

· Implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity solutions

· Troubleshooting technical issues and system failures

Requirements: -

· 3 - 5 years hands on experience

· Strong windows server skills

· Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration

· Experience in servers/workstations security patch management using end point patch management software’s.

Preferred Certificates: -

· MCSA/MCSE
