What you’ll do…
As our Senior Mobile Development Lead, you will lead a small team of mobile developers and oversee the development and design of mobile applications.
You will provide input into strategic decisions on software development, evaluate the technologies being used, implement appropriate testing and ensure delivery of projects on time through the effective management of remote resources.
As the lead development, you will be comfortable and experienced in working with both the Android and iOS platforms, as well as being experienced in management software development projects throughout the entire lifecycle.

Picture yourself in the role
This is a hands-on lead and development role where you’ll take responsibility for the core mobile applications, including:
• Specify and develop native mobile applications and SDKs from the C/C++ layer to higher layers (java, swift)
• Integrate innovative new features and dedicated libraries
• Improve performance and quality
• Share your knowledge in the development of mobile technologies and best practices on secure software development
• Lead architecture design discussions and CI/CD practices
• Play a key role in the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements
Your skills and experience
The person is just as important as the experience. But as a minimum you’ll need the to demonstrate the following:
• A university degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a tech lead on mobile software
• 7 years or more experience in software development, including in cybersecurity space.
• 3 years or more experience in mobile app development.
• Agile / Scrum experience.
• Prior experience in C, C++
• Strong experience with Android NDK, CMake, Android Studio, Xcode
• Good knowledge of Android and iOS frameworks (including O-C, Swift, Java, JNI and Kotlin)
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, PHP).
• Knowledge of Spongy Castle or similar, Android keystore or Secure Enclave, Android Account Manager, OKHTTP or similar, sql cipher or similar, proguard or similar
• An interest in IT security and cryptography
• Excellent level of English.
