• Assists the Group Director of Commercials in development and implementation to grow Kalaam’s SMS business in Saudi Arabia.
• Management and coordination of relationships with various vendors and suppliers.
• Support sales team Identifying and Approaching potential clients in each sector.
• Perform Cross Selling between SMS partners.
• Experience in Bulk SMS and its different technical technologies.
• Responsible to increase sales for Wholesale and Enterprise SMS business.
• Manage SMS process, policies, and procedures as well as the teams.
• Be well-versed with SMS sender ID policies, rules, and regulations for all SMS destinations.
• Responsible for maintaining profitability on SMS services.
• Deep knowledge on Smsc gateways technically as well as commercially.
• Introduce innovation and continuous enhancement to product portfolio Management of product Capitals and Operating Expenditure.

Skills
• Should Understand the SMS rules and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Should possess coordination skills and project-based experience.
• Hands-on experience with relevant systems.
• Experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within the relevant field.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information, payroll Etc.
• Extensive computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
