Job Description: The Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in the engineering and manufacturing operations of a company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position involves applying mechanical engineering principles to design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components. The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects, meet quality standards, and drive innovation in the manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems, equipment, and components, considering factors such as functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements, specifications, and objectives. Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate innovative solutions and technologies for mechanical design and manufacturing processes. Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software. Perform calculations, simulations, and testing to validate and optimize the performance of mechanical systems. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical designs into production processes. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve mechanical engineering issues during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in mechanical engineering and manufacturing practices. Desired Candidate Profile Profile: Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including design, analysis, and testing. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials. Experience in product development and project management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
