Job Purpose:

The Project Manager – Enterprise Activation role is responsible for helping to ensure successful project execution in the Enterprise Activation and Sales Operations process. They will work crossary objective of leading core cross functional initiatives and product programs. -functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Leadership with the prim

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who understands the SBG category, our retail strategy, has experience with project and program management, is detail oriented and has strong written and oral communication skills. This position will report to the Director of Enterprise Activation and will be located at the corporate office in Lenexa, KS.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor, track and facilitate key project programs
• Maintain project information and project dashboards
• Educate and help champion the Hostess Stage Gate and Commercialization process
• Ensure information for the Hostess project playbook is accurate and updated when new projects are added
• Develop project timelines and drive cross functional teams to meet key dates and deliverables
• Ensure seamless project transition throughout the stage gate process to final execution
• Manage 5-10 medium-highly complex Innovation/Large Capital/Enterprise projects
• Lead Process Improvement/Process Mapping Initiatives

• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and proficient in other Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Office 365,etc.). Proficient in the use of Visio or other process software
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and can navigate ambiguity
• Ability to take charge
• Experienced in Cross functional team facilitation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Sales, Finance, Project Management, Information systems or related field.
• 3 - 5 years as a Project or Program Manager
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred.
• Strong technical acumen that leads to quickly learn systems utilized by Hostess (SAP, SharePoint, Logility, PowerBI, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• PMP Certification preferred
• Travel Requirements – up to 10%
