As a Project Manager at InstaShop, you will work with teams of incredibly talented engineers, designers and data scientists across different countries and regions. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of several high-impact projects, relying heavily on a good understanding of the business and user needs as well as the overall user experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Acting as the liaison between the engineering teams and the business stakeholders, leading project meetings and providing project status updates.
· Developing comprehensive and accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
· Gathering business and technical requirements, defining and analyzing them with the engineering and design team and transforming them to tasks.
· Assessing priorities and developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of tasks ready for implementation.
· Monitoring project progress, timelines and resources while resolving and handling any issues that may arise.
· Keeping cross-functional teams aligned on the project’s goals and priorities while motivating and guiding in achieving them

Requirements:

· At least 8 years of working experience out of which 2+ as a Project Manager in leading and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in working efficiently with cross-functional, multi- disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Ability to manage across a broad set of stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to be proactive and to take responsibility for driving projects forward without close supervision.
· Be able to manage project ambiguity, complexity and inter- dependencies in an organized and structured way.
· Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Be adaptable to change, agile and able to execute quickly.
· Ability to focus on the big picture.
· Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
· Empathy and a continuous learning and self-development mindset.
· Be familiar with Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
· Strong working knowledge with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, etc.).
· Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written).
