We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within the marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers; preparing and analyzing budgets; and helping with intercompany consolidations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, including intercompany consolidations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and effective accounting processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in the global consolidation process, including the preparation of elimination and consolidation entries.
• Execute month-end close procedures, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance with the required standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process.
• Use SAP software to streamline accounting procedures.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and assist in special projects as necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an accounting role. Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with global consolidation.
• Proven experience with journal entries, internal controls, process improvement, and intercompany consolidations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
