NBK Capital is recruiting for an Officer for its IT Networks and Security Team in Kuwait.

Level of education

Bachelor's Degree

Education, Skills and Experience requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Engineering discipline) with CCNP qualification minimum.
• 2-4 years’ of experience in Network and Security administration; Cisco routers, L2/3 switches, firewalls, IPS, CUCM/CCME, web/App filters and wireless solutions
• Fluent English. Arabic is a plus
• Ability to deploy and maintain technical aspects of data, voice, and security.
• Good experience in managing the delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Security, Voice, Switching, Routing and content management.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a highly reliable network ensuring high availability with minimum downtime.
• Upgrade of network hardware and software to ensure systems are up to date and in line with NBK Capital’s security standards and general network security best practices.
• Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, installation and support of network requirements
• Providing network engineering and technical support, including problem analysis, troubleshooting and resolution for WAN, LAN, Voice, & WLAN setup.
• Troubleshooting & pro-active approach in supporting the existing IT infrastructure
• Develop & maintain close working relationship with departments to ensure IT meets operational needs.
