Responsibilities
• Support and execute UX projects across the Diabetes organization.
• Using Design Strategy & Research, partner with the team to provide inputs on strategic guidance and recommendations to our business partner stakeholders that will help solve unique business challenges.
• Analyze data and report results, make recommendations for improvements based on UX guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, iterate, and develop prototypes to test with end users.
• Embody our users' perspectives and collect feedback, user research, and other insights to inform our overall strategy, product, and design decisions.
• Support usability testing and support the creation of processes for enabling continuous testing for projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or Principle.
• Influencing team culture by always being inclusive, welcoming, and candid.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for the Digital Product Design organization.
• Be comfortable with frequent customer contact and demonstrate knowledge of customer's journey.
Must Have
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
Nice to Have/Preferred Qualifications
• A degree or relevant certification(s) in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process.
• Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers, and marketers.
• Excellent in time management — simultaneously delivering multiple projects on time.
• Experience working with consumer research and data.
• Experienced at using metrics and data to help define success.
• Ability to craft crisp, concise, and informative narratives that are influential to a wide variety of people.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and creativity in problem solving with unconventional yet feasible ways to uncover insights with constrained resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PPT, Word, Excel).
