As a Cyber Security Network Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the Bosch Group against cyber attacks and other threats to its information systems.It further lies in your responsibility to evaluate the network events of our Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and our Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform and to qualify them both independently and as a part of a team of experts.With your expertise, you continuously contribute to the quality and efficiency of our network security systems, which requires, among other things, the development of new concepts and detections.You will work closely with the international network operations teams and contribute to the results of the SIEM, Cyber Threat Intelligence and Incident Response team with your technical expertise.Lastly, you enjoy developing and testing new approaches to automate our configuration management and have a keen interest in familiarizing yourself with new topics and technologies, which rounds off your exciting area of responsibility.QualificationsEducation: completed university studies with a focus on Information Technology (Computer Science, IT Security, Cyber Security, etc.) or a comparable fieldExperience and Knowledge: at least 3 years experience in network security analysis and detection engineering; Profound knowledge in the area of IDS, NDR, IPS platforms, ISO/OSI model and common internet protocols; Experience in Analysis- and DevOps-tools, such as Wireshark, Splunk, Ansible, Jenkins, LinuxPersonality and Working Practice: you are a team-oriented person, who shows an analytical entrepreneurial thinking, which helps you to a structured and independent way of workingQualifications: certification in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: GIAC (GCIA, GX-IA, GCFA, GCFE, GMON, GISF), or ISC2 (CCFP, SSCP, CISSP), or EC Council (CHFI, ECSA), or CompTIA Security+Languages: very good written and spoken English and GermanAdditional InformationYou want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
