Job Summary

One of the leading companies in Kuwait is looking for an In-House Lawyer to join their established Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, draft & negotiate commercial contracts
• Provide Legal advice to the business
• Identify legal and commercial risks to the business
• Advise on regulatory and corporate governance matters
• Legal reporting

Requirements

Key requirements
• 2-8 years PQE
• Must be common law qualified (preferably UK)
• Must have worked in both Private Practice and In-House
• Must have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ideally have experience with TMT / IP
• Must live in Kuwait or be willing to relocate
