Responsibilities
● Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P
● Manage inventory & COGS accounting including reconciliation of inventory accounts
● Manage month and year-end close process and prepare timely financial statements
● Support preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly review
● Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department
● Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge
● Perform financial reviews with functional departments, provide actionable insights and follow up to implementation
● Manage and coordinate end to end audits of 3rd party service providers, including vendor selection and monthly review of payments versus activity
● Establish strong internal controls over sourcing and payment processes
● Initiate and oversee special projects aligned with business intelligence and on-line Strategies
● Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
● MBA Finance, BBA Finance (CA, ACCA Preferred)
● Excelent communication skills
● 2+ years of relevant financial or accounting experience.
● Experience of any BPO will be preferred
● Experience (or a career goal to be) in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred.
● Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables. Ability to build complex reports from multiple data sources and analyze large volumes of data.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
● Able to work independently, assume responsibility for project deliverables, and work effectively within deadlines.
● Good hands on Zoho Books software preferred
● Evening shift (For male - 3PM to 12AM) (For Female - 2PM to 11PM)
